This is how truly special things are created
Ceramics is clay that has been fired and transformed into a strong, durable material that combines the natural strength of the earth with the beauty of handcrafted artistry.
  • Shaping the form: from idea to reality
It all starts with hand-building. At this stage, a lump of raw clay transforms into the envisioned piece: a mug, plate, vase, or decorative element. Using your hands and tools, you shape the foundation, infusing it with your inspiration and individuality.
    1
  • Bisque firing: transforming clay into ceramics (900°C)
Once the piece is completely dry, it undergoes the first firing. This stage removes any residual moisture and makes the clay hard and durable. At this point, the piece becomes porous and ready for decoration.
    2
  • Painting: the magic of colors and patterns
After the first firing, the piece can be decorated with glazes or underglaze paints. Glazes create a glossy, waterproof surface, while underglaze paints allow for intricate details and patterns. This is the stage where your imagination transforms the piece into a true work of art. We look forward to seeing you at the second session two weeks after the first.

  • Glaze firing: the final transformation (1250°C)
The second high-temperature firing completes the process. The glazes melt, becoming glossy and durable, while the colors achieve their final richness. The piece is now fully ready for use.

  • Your ceramics are ready to bring joy to your home
Approximately three weeks after starting your project, your piece is ready!
If you’ve created tableware, it’s perfectly safe to use in everyday life and wash in the dishwasher. Decorative items, such as vases or sculptures, will become stylish accents in your interior, requiring no additional care. Create something that will bring you joy every day!
