RUTerms of use.
The agreement is a public offer and governs the relationship between the owner of the nuunuu.art website (hereinafter referred to as the website), NUUNUU OÜ (14704213) and the Client – the person who visits the website.
NUUNUU OÜ reserves the right, if necessary, to unilaterally change, supplement these privacy conditions, informing about it on the website. You agree to accept responsibility for reviewing and revising the agreement.
Privacy Policy.
All information about the Client that is necessary when ordering on our website and registering for courses will be processed as confidential data. NUUNUU OÜ collects and uses only the information that is necessary to fulfil orders. NUUNUU OÜ does not transfer the data of our customers to third parties, except when it is necessary to fulfil the order or if it is required by law. The client has the right to request the removal of information about him from the database of our website.
100% secure payment. Security is our top priority and customer input is encrypted. This does not allow anyone (even NUUNUU OÜ!) To see or use the Client’s bank data or any personal data – NUUNUU OÜ uses secure transfer methods.
Ordering process.
On the website, the Client can buy a product, sign up for a master class and buy a gift certificate.
Select a product, add to your cart, fill in the fields with contact information, select a method of payment and delivery.
Gift Certificate.
A gift certificate can be used to purchase goods on the website, in a store at the address: Estonia, Tallinn, Müürivahe tn 28, 10140, and pay for workshops on ceramics.
The certificate cannot be exchanged for money.
The certificate must be used within the validity period. If the gift certificate has expired, it is considered cancelled and NUUNUU OÜ does not return the money back.
NUUNUU OÜ guarantees.
All our ceramics are handcrafted. All glazes used are lead-free. All of our tableware is made with non-toxic food-safe clays and glazes. The cookware is oven and dishwasher safe, but we recommend that you be careful. Be careful to avoid sudden changes in temperature (for example, from the oven to a cold work surface), as this can cause heatstroke, which can lead to cracking. Minimize contact with dyed foods or liquids on unglazed surfaces.
Return conditions.
The client has the right to refuse the product within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason, if it has not been used, not damaged, its appearance has not essentially changed, that is, only such changes were made in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were are required to inspect the product received. The costs of returning the goods must be covered by the Client. The goods are returned to the address: Estonia, Tallinn, Müürivahe tn. 28, 10140. All costs of returning the goods are borne by the Client. Having received the goods, NUUNUU OÜ, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the return of the goods, returns the money to the buyer for the goods, excluding the cost of delivery. A gift certificate is not a product and cannot be returned.
Masterclasses.
NUUNUU OÜ conducts master classes in accordance with the description. Products made at masterclasses are stored for up to 6 (six) months. Participants are required to pick up items within this period.
NUUNUU OÜ does not guarantee that all products created at masterclasses will work out due to the high percentage of defects (about 25%) in the production of ceramics. If the product turns out to be defective, NUUNUU OÜ does not compensate for the cost of the masterclass.
Dispute resolution.
Disputes between the Client and NUUNUU OÜ are resolved through negotiations. If NUUNUU OÜ refused to satisfy the Client’s request or the Client agrees with the solution proposed by NUUNUU OÜ and finds that his or her rights or interests have been violated, the Client can file a complaint with the Consumer Dispute Committee.
Site rights.
All rights to the Content of the Site, including all its sections, pages, design, program code, logo and corporate identity elements, content (text, graphic, video materials, photographs), registered and unregistered trademarks and service names, other objects of intellectual property, unless otherwise stated, belong to NUUNUU OÜ and are protected from illegal use. The use of the content of the Site in any form without the prior written consent of NUUNUU OÜ is prohibited.
